The I-9 regulation requires your employer to have copies of either two forms of identification on file or a photo of your passport. Acceptable forms of ID if not submitting a copy of your passport include a valid state issued picture ID and a Social Secruity Card. Other forms of ID are described on the I-9 link below under federal documents. Once you have completed the applicable state forms (some states will accept your Federal w-4 for witholdings) and required federal forms (w-4 and I-9), please fax these documents back to TRICORP HR at (703) 591-7792. If you do not see a link to your resident state we will submit your federal W-4 to your state for witholding purposes.
